If we don’t receive updated payment details before your first scheduled cleanup of the month, we’ll temporarily pause your service until your billing information is updated.
Nope! As long as we have access to the yard and any protective pups are secured indoors, you’re free to go about your day.
You can pause or cancel anytime through your customer portal or by contacting us directly. Just give us at least 48 hours’ notice before your next scheduled cleanup.
